2. Returns
Eligibility for Returns:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process:

- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return address and instructions.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, customized products, and gift cards.
3. Refunds
Eligibility for Refunds:
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Partial Refunds:
- In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), such as items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Sale Items:
- Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
